Sachin\u2019s visionary leadership has propelled BSMART\u2019s growth from a five-member team to a multi-locational organization with over a hundred professionals.<\/p>\n

Committed to quality, integrity, and professionalism, Sachin fosters a high-performance work environment. He specializes in providing growth guidance to MSMEs & family businesses, leveraging his honed skills.<\/p>\n

Notably, Sachin has served as a Representative in the RBI Committee for Administration and Distribution of Funds of Apex Urban Co-operative Bank of Maharashtra & Goa Ltd. He is a member of various organizations, including Lions Club, JBN, and Chief Patron of JITO.<\/p>\n

Sachin holds CA degrees from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), along with a Diploma in Information System Audit from ICAI. He has completed a certification course on Arbitration, Mediation & Conciliation and has a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce from Pune University.<\/p>\n

He has a proven track record in handling complex post-acquisition integrations, transforming management information, and spearheading M&A processes for major financial organizations.<\/p>\n

Sahil Parakh is a Chartered Accountant and an MBA from India\u2019s premier finance institution \u2013 IIM Calcutta. He plays a key role in the firm, bringing in over 8 years of experience across investment banking, management consulting, and assurance, with strong exposure to both manufacturing and service-led businesses.<\/p>\n

Sahil has executed multiple commercial due diligence engagements across sectors including consumer products, AI solutions and IT services. His investment banking and assurance experience also spans auto & auto ancillaries, facility management, etc. enabling him to combine rigorous financial diligence with a sharp commercial lens to support transaction decision-making.<\/p>\n
